This has been a long time coming! My new podcasts about spirituality will explore all things spiritual - welcome, if this is something you are looking for...

Actually Being Conscious but Grounded (it's not just the name of my spirituality podcast!)
In this podcasts about spirituality I explore the concept of being conscious but grounded, a balance that is both profound and practical. The term 'conscious' refers to waking up to our spiritual selves and recognising that we are sacred, spiritual beings having a human experience. This idea resonates deeply with many, even though it may be difficult to explain scientifically. Being conscious means having an awareness of our higher self and the interconnectedness of all things. It involves understanding that we are more than just our physical bodies; we are clusters of energy, part of a larger universe. This awareness often brings clarity and a sense of purpose in life.
The Challenge of Integration
However, being conscious isn't just about esoteric knowledge or mystical experiences. It's about integrating this awareness into our daily lives. It's easy to get caught up in lofty ideas and spiritual experiences, but the real challenge lies in applying these insights to our everyday existence. Staying grounded, on the other hand, means maintaining a connection to the physical world and its realities. It's about handling everyday responsibilities and tasks, such as managing your household, going to work, and taking care of your family. These activities anchor us in the present moment and keep our feet firmly planted on the ground. And hopefully my podcast will explore this element of spirituality!
The Householder Concept in Spirituality
In spiritual circles, the term 'householder' is often used to describe someone who is devoted to their spiritual path but also engaged with the practical aspects of life. Unlike monks or nuns who may renounce worldly life, householders find a way to balance their spiritual pursuits with their everyday duties. The balance between being conscious and grounded is essential for a fulfilling life. Think of the root chakra, which represents our basic needs like shelter and security, as being just as important as the crown chakra, which connects us to higher consciousness. Without a firm foundation, advancing spiritually becomes a challenging endeavour. I hope I communicate this in my podcast.
Energy Flow and Balance
Being conscious and grounded means having your crown chakra open to new paradigms and ideas while keeping your root chakra firmly connected to the earth. This balance allows for the flow of energy between the physical and spiritual realms, integrating 3D reality with 5D consciousness. To stay conscious but grounded, think about integrating mindful practices into your daily routine. Meditation, yoga, and breathwork can help connect you to a higher state of awareness. Meanwhile, engaging in activities like cooking, cleaning, and going for walks can keep you connected to the physical world. Many podcasts about spirituality do not address this very real issue - staying connected to the mundane, the normal, the basic-ness of life, which let's be honest forms the majority of it!
Creating a Balanced Routine in your Life and Spirituality
Additionally, it's helpful to create a daily schedule that allows for both spiritual practices and practical responsibilities. Balance is key. Recognise that it's okay to have moments where you feel more spiritually attuned and other times when you're deeply immersed in everyday life. Both states are valuable and contribute to your overall well-being.
Conclusion: My new podcast about spirituality, Conscious but Grounded - will be a real life look at how to be connected to source, but also stay REAL!
Ultimately, being conscious but grounded means living a life that acknowledges and integrates both the spiritual and the practical. It involves embracing higher awareness while staying connected to the earth, creating a harmonious balance that enhances your overall quality of life. By maintaining this balance, you can navigate life's challenges with grace and wisdom, fully engaging with both your inner and outer worlds.
