Hey, I’m Rachel!

I'm a 500 hour yoga teacher and embodiment coach - and I specialise in helping Neurospicy women regulate their emotions with yoga. I'm neurodivergent myself and 2 of my 3 kids are too. 

 

I offer a group online 7 week program called Regulate, plus audio tools for emotional regulation in the moment. I also offer in person, luxury, alcohol free retreats and lastly I do local group classes (for kids in schools too) plus private classes both online and in person. 

My superpower is blending somatic and spiritual knowledge with a 'we-can-do-this' attitude and unshakeable compassion (plus humour), creating a space where neurospicy women feel truly seen, understood, and deeply supported. With both analytical precision and intuitive insight, I guide clients toward meaningful transformation.
