Embodiment
Embodiment is all about living our life through our body, through our senses. Recognising our wholeness. We are more than just our mind. As an embodied being we learn to prioritise regulation, but also healthy expression. We acknowledge mind, body and spirit as the perfect whole that it is. Learn more about being embodied through my in person workshops, monthly. I also offer an online program - with intro sessions to help you see if it's for you. Lastly we can work one to one in embodiment coaching.
