Service Description

This is a mindful flow and let go class for all levels, IN PERSON at Hope Sports Club. Classes are 75 minutes long, we check in and maybe have a tea, then we do breathwork, asana (slow flow hatha then more Yin positions to finish, then savasana and / or meditation. We follow a chakra theme,
