Goddess Within 7 Week Chakra Coaching

Service Description

The Goddess Within is a 7 week holistic life coaching & yoga program, one to one, with me, over Zoom. 1 hour, weekly. Each week we focus on a chakra, so we are practically working through each area of your life. First we talk(30 mins), then we use essential oils in a meditation (30 mins). Then, we yoga (30 mins). Each session is 90 mins. The outcome is that you will really start to embody these chakras and become more empowered, balanced, healthy and happy. You also get a journal to reflect and embody.
