Authentic connection, incredible surroundings, relaxed luxury...
If you love the idea of alcohol free authentic connection with other women, learning about and practicing embodiment and reparenting (with my incredible special guest co-host, Cybele Botran!), enjoying private chef cooked wholesome local and seasonal food, good coffee and Ceremonial grade cacao, Ayurvedic massage, Cornish fresh air, sightseeing to some unforgettable places, chilly wild sea dips, a hike to get the lungs filled with that sea air, a one to one mini coaching session with myself or Cybele, all in a very relaxed atmosphere with plenty of down time and self advocacy positively encouraged (do the activity, don't it's ALL up to you) - all in a stunning, Interior designed Cornish mansion where luxury comes as standard and original art hangs on the walls - then this luxury embodiment retreat might just be for you….

Cornwall is a very spiritual place, the birth of Arthurian legend and land of faeries!
Imagine your dream Autumn retreat in the glorious Cornish countryside, learning about and more importantly, practicing embodiment and all that it entails, chilling with your new soul sisters, just a stone’s throw from white sand beaches and turquoise waters… I chose Cornwall as it has a special resonance with me. Birthplace of Arthurian legend (we're super close to Tintagel castle, fancy a trip there on your day off?) and also we will be visiting the magical and little known St Nectan's Glen. birthplace of Saint Nectan and home to lots of faeries! Don't forget that one night we will also take a stroll to the local typically British country pub with roaring fires and excellent local seafood.

And your base for the week is beyond luxurious - plus there is plenty of time to enjoy it (too much activity is a THING - we want you to relax...)
How does this sound? Super king beds in single rooms AND your own bathroom for single room participants (want to share, no problem, we can do that too); days that begin with chilled embodiment circles encompassing gentle yoga and circle sharing time (I encourage PJ yoga, it's a thing!) with the open fire crackling, sipping on ceremonial cacao; afterwards, easy breezy breakfasts; down time after brekkie to hot tub, get your (included) massage, or have some light coaching with Cybele or Rachel; wholesome lunches, fresh air or at home activities each afternoon; then home to enjoy afternoon tea and homemade cakes; more down time to chill; then a relaxed two course meal in the evening. Plus a well stocked fridge with homemade delights and delicious AF drinks; cosy movie nights with blankets and hot chocolate. Oh and we almost forgot - a sound bath by candlelight - plus a let go fire ceremony on the final evening...

Afternoon activities daily - a mixture of fresh air, crafty, and free time to sight see!

We'll be alternating between fresh air, fun activities - wild sea dip, hiking, trips out to local sights, plus a homey cookery lesson and Inner Child-themed Fairy House Building session! But I have also built in lots of solitary, reflection / calibration time. Lots of fun in the fresh, sea air, and then plenty of peaceful solitude whenever you need it. It's so important to balance your own needs on a retreat to socialise AND to hibernate a little on your own-some.

Sounds good right? Well, you are invited!

A note about it being a sober retreat:
This is an alcohol free retreat, strictly. We ask politely that you don’t consume alcohol at this event, all week. It is a special retreat for 11 'sober curious' or sober women - it’s simply a restful, embodied and fun 6 nights without booze (so even if you do drink, why not take a week off so you can come home truly rested?).
