Group sessions will include:

01 (educate)

Exploring themes in Embodiment

We meet weekly, online, to reflect on themes within the embodiment, inclkuding the chakras, guided by me, Embodiment Coach and Holsitic Life Coach / Mind Body practitioner Rachel Brady. 

02 (connect)

Check in

After an introduction to that week's theme, we check in using a talking stick approach. We each say how we are doing, maybe relating to that week's theme, and the rest of us hold space. Simple and powerful. This builds trust in the group and creates a safe space for you.

03 (express)

Movement

After we learn about that week's theme, then we check in, and THEN we move. Movement is a key part of embodiment. But this isn't 'dance' or even yoga. It's allowing your body to do what it needs to in that moment. Don't worry, I'll guide you. 

04 (reflect)

Journal

After movement, we journal on provided prompts. Self reflection through free writing is a wonderful part of embodiment and a skill that will help you process and reflect all throughout your life.
