Welcome to 31 Days of Sober Yoga Challenge - for the healthiest and happiest start to the year, EVER! This Dry January, 2025, we will be doing yoga together twice a week, live. We want you to do a class a day, then fill in the journal. Find everything you need in the email that you should have once you purchase. Log in to the program to access all materials, and weekly classes will be released Monday at 6am. 5 weeks; 5 Kosha (Energy Body) themed yoga classes to keep forever: * Weds 1st - Sunday 5th Annamaya: The physical body, or food sheath * Mon 6th - Sun 12th Pranamaya: The vital energy, or life force sheath * Mon 13th - Sun 19th Manomaya: The mental sheath, or emotional body * Mon 20th - Sun 26th Vijnanamaya: The astral or psychic body, or seat of intuition * Mon 27th - Fri 31st Anandamaya: The bliss body, or deepest and subtlest layer
